Tana began her financial services career in 1997 and joined Stifel in 2022. Prior to Stifel, she worked at Merrill Lynch for 14 years and JPMorgan for seven years. Today, she is team lead on all discretionary portfolio management strategies for the Reich Yore Jenne Wealth Management Group. She is a graduate in Quantitative Business Analysis from Cleveland State University.
Tana leverages her decades of experience to provide tailored wealth management services and guidance to multiple generations of clients and their families. Her focus is on developing financial strategies for individuals, their families, and their businesses by gaining a comprehensive understanding of their short- and long-term financial objectives. She is vigilant about uncovering every detail of her clients’ lives and helps align their resources with the goals they value most.
Tana attained the Certified Private Wealth Advisor® certification, which is designed for experienced financial advisors who seek the advanced knowledge and breadth of specialized skills necessary to address the sophisticated needs of high-net-worth clients. To earn the certification, candidates must meet a five-year experience requirement, successfully complete coursework in advanced wealth management strategies, and pass the Investments & Wealth Institute’s comprehensive examination covering 11 core topics, including applied behavioral finance, charitable giving, estate planning, and wealth transfer. Tana and her husband, Kevin, reside in Lake Forest, Illinois and Fort Myers, Florida. They have two adult children, Devin and Tessa, who both recently graduated from Auburn University. Outside the office, Tana enjoys learning to cook, being outdoors, experiencing new events, and spending time with people.

Susan began her financial services career in 2000 and joined Stifel in 2022. Prior to Stifel, she worked at Merrill Lynch for 10 years and JPMorgan for nearly 10 years. She has been a partner with Tana since 2002. Susan earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois in Champaign and holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ designation.
Susan focuses on delivering a comprehensive retirement plan to our clients. She is a lead advisor to many of our clients and their extended family. She spends most of her time meeting with our clients to stay current with their life events and assure them that their long-term plan and investment policy are still aligned.
Susan leverages the knowledge gained from earning the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ designation from the College for Financial Planning to assist clients in understanding where they are today, what will be required for retirement, and what they’ll need to do between now and then. She not only looks at her clients’ savings and investments, but also Social Security, long-term care expenses, cost of living, and Medicare. And lastly, she helps clients through the emotional transition into retirement so that they don’t forego their youngest and healthiest days for fear of not having enough when they are older.
Susan and her husband, Tom, live in Lake Bluff, Illinois, and are avid Cubs and Black Hawks fans. They have twins, Tommy and Grace (2018).
Brett began his career in financial services in 2008 and joined Stifel in 2022. Prior to Stifel, he worked with the team at Merrill Lynch since 2014 and with AXA Advisors before that. He is a graduate of Carthage College with a degree in Business Administration. He holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification and the Chartered Life Underwriter® designation.
Brett specializes in life insurance policy analysis, long-term care strategies, and how to incorporate insurance into customized estate planning strategies. He reviews every client’s insurance policy to assure they still reflect the needs of the client and, more importantly, that there is no unexpected risk with the policy. He is the lead financial advisor to many of our clients and their families. His goal is to make sure our clients have a comprehensive plan in place and that it is reviewed with them on a periodic basis.
Brett attained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® trade certification, which identifies those individuals who have met the experience requirements of the CFP Board, have successfully completed financial planning coursework, and have passed the CFP® Certification Examination covering the following areas: the financial planning process, risk management, investments, tax planning and management, retirement and employee benefits, and estate planning. CFP® certificants also agree to meet ongoing continuing education requirements.
Brett also attained the Chartered Life Underwriter® designation, which provides specialized education in advanced insurance planning, covering topics such as risk management, estate planning, pension planning, business succession planning, and the basics of contract law and ownership rights.
Brett and his wife live in Arlington Heights with their three children, Noah (2016), Charlie (2019), and Sophie (2021). Outside the office, Brett enjoys playing soccer, watching the Chicago Bulls, and spending time with friends and family.
Devin began his investment industry career at Stifel in 2023 and is focused on guiding the next generation toward pursuing personal wealth while endeavoring to protect and grow their family’s legacy. He creates custom strategies for each client’s unique plan and helps wherever necessary along the way to pursue their goals.
Devin graduated from Auburn University’s Honor College, majoring in Management. He also holds both Series 7 and 66 securities licenses. Devin brings a strong analytical and disciplined approach to his role as a financial advisor.
Beyond the office, he is passionate about learning how technology innovation can influence the future, traveling the world for new experiences, and helping coach youth wrestling.
Kevin began his career in financial services in 2003 and joined Stifel in 2022. Prior to Stifel, he worked at Merrill Lynch since 2008 and JPMorgan’s Lake Forest office prior. He holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.
Kevin focuses on engaging with individuals and families so he can confidently introduce them to the right financial advisor on the team to best help them with their wealth management needs. He maintains key relationships with many of our clients by continuing to meet with them on a periodic basis.
Outside the office, Kevin is a member of Corvette Club of Naples and Ferrari Club of Naples. He loves anything that has to do with exotic cars. Equally, he enjoys boating, traveling, being involved in social clubs, and collecting unique watches. Tana and Kevin have been married since 1995 and have two great kids, Devin and Tessa, who are both graduates of Auburn University.
Andrea began her financial services career in 2001 before moving to Stifel in 2022. Prior to Stifel, she worked for Merrill Lynch for 14 years and JPMorgan for seven years. She has worked with Tana since 2004 and holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.
Andrea is the key relationship manager for many of our legacy clients. She prides herself in having a close relationship with the families she takes care of, making sure they know she is their first call for account-related questions and concerns. Her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills contribute to offering an outstanding service experience for our clients. She periodically reaches out to see if there are any updates we should know about and let them know what the team is thinking.
Andrea and her husband, Dave, live in Chicago. Andrea has four adult children, Lauren, Olivia, Bobby, and Erica. Andrea enjoys cooking, painting, traveling, and fishing with Dave.
Monica began her financial services career in 2007 and joined Stifel in 2022. Prior to Stifel, she worked for Merrill Lynch for nine years. She became a member of the team in 2016. She holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses and is bilingual in Spanish and English.*
Monica is the key relationship manager for many of our clients. She goes the extra mile to make sure every client gets the best care possible. She is committed to making sure she fully understands our clients’ service needs and gathers the information needed to ensure any issues are appropriately addressed. She is proactive in reaching out to clients on a periodic basis to ensure open communication and to stay abreast of any needs or concerns they may have.
Monica and her husband, Mike, live in Skokie. They have one adult daughter, Marina. Monica has a love for rescue cats, traveling, and being with family.
